At Suhflo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued if:
- The item has been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- The return request is made after the return window has expired.
- The product is returned without original packaging when required.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The wrong item was received.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
